Children’s Health Scotland is pleased to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 19 September 2026 at 10.00am. The AGM provides an opportunity for members to hear about the charity’s activities and achievements over the past year, review our annual accounts, and participate in the election and re-election of directors. These are key requirements of the AGM under the organisation’s Articles of Association.
Agenda
The meeting will include:
- Chair’s report on the activities of the charity
- Presentation of the annual accounts
- Election and re-election of directors
- Questions and discussion from members
Members
All members are encouraged to attend and take part in the governance of Children’s Health Scotland. Members who are unable to attend may appoint a proxy in accordance with the Articles of Association. Formal notice of the AGM and supporting papers will be issued directly to members in advance of the meeting.
Looking Back and Looking Forward
The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the difference Children’s Health Scotland has made alongside children, young people, parents and carers across Scotland, and to look ahead to the work planned for the coming year as we continue to put children’s health and rights at the heart of everything we do.
