A Word from Helen Bauld, Training and Programmes Manager
“These workshops are about more than just information—they’re about connection, understanding, and support. We create a warm, welcoming space where carers can come together, share experiences, and build confidence in supporting the health and wellbeing of the children and young people they care for. Understanding health rights is a vital part of that journey, and we’re here to help carers feel informed and empowered. We also signpost to other services and supports, so no one leaves feeling alone. It’s a privilege to walk alongside carers in this way.”
Helen Bauld, Children’s Health Scotland
