WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone special, or perhaps a special team, who has made a significance difference to a child’s life through health-related play. This difference could have been achieved in school, at hospital or in the community.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a nominee/team who has:
- Promoted the significance of health-related play in hospitals, schools or community settings.
- Been an advocate for health-related play – someone who has shown enthusiasm, commitment, encouragement and outstanding support.
- Delivered outstanding work with regards to health-related play.
