The Scottish Government has published new guides to help children, young people and parents and carers learn about child protection. The guides, available on the Keeping Children Safe in Scotland website, provide age-appropriate information for anyone who may become involved in child protection processes in Scotland.
The guides were developed in consultation with children, young people and families in Scotland with experience of care and protection, as well as practitioners from police, social work, health, education services and the third sector.
