We are seeking children and young people who have gone above and beyond, showing enormous courage in their life and never giving up.

We are looking for nominees who have:
- Demonstrated their resilience in the face of adversity or challenges.
- Shown enormous courage in their life and tried to be the best they can be.
- Made a positive contribution in their community through championing health.
- Demonstrated perseverance, enthusiasm and commitment.

Children under the age of 18 years. The nomination for this award must be made by an adult.
