A new organisation aimed at driving change to fully implement children’s human rights was launched on the 28 February 2020. The Observatory is a collaborative of Scottish organisations working to drive implementation of children’s human rights in Scotland, with local impact and global learning.

Every year, Together publishes the State of Children’s Rights in Scotland report which aims to monitor implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) in Scotland. The latest report highlights that children in Scotland are being deprived of their human rights on a daily basis.
