We’re excited to launch Scottish Children’s Health Week 2025, taking place from 1 to 7 September! This special week celebrates the health and wellbeing of children and young people across Scotland, highlighting their right to the best possible health. With a fresh theme each day and a colourful 24-page Activity Book packed with creative ideas, there’s something for everyone to enjoy—at home, in school, or in the community. Printed copies of the Activity Book are available on request, so get ready to join the fun and make a difference!.
This year’s Activity Book is bursting with colour, creativity, and inspiration—featuring seven themed days that encourage children and young people to be active, brave, calm, happy, friendly, kind, and helpful. From superhero confidence belts and rainbow walks to biodiversity bingo and kindness notes, each activity is designed to support emotional wellbeing and promote health rights in a fun and accessible way.
